Step 1 – Complete your company details |
On your first Sign In, you will be brought to a page to complete your company details.
While you can skip this section for now, these details will be required as part of the partner verification process to add Vendor renewals to your portal later.
Note: this section is viewable only by Company Administrators. If you are not a Company Administrator, skip straight to Step 3.
Step 2 – Company Settings |
Click on your name in the top right hand corner to open the dropdown menu and select Company Settings.

My Company Settings Page
Use this page to update your company’s default settings for:
- The first month of your company’s current business quarter
- Your Currency
- Your Timezone
Step 3 – Add Your first Renewal |
Select My Renewals in the top navigation.
To add your first renewal, select ‘My Renewals’ in the top navigation, then use one of the following two options: (numbered 1 and 2 in screenshot below)
Option 1: Add Renewal - Use this to add an individual renewal
Or
Option 2: Import - Use this to Import multiple renewals all at once (bulk import) by importing from a spreadsheet
Step 4 – Set up your team by adding your colleagues |
If you wish to add any of your colleagues at this point, select Company Users in the right side dropdown under your profile icon, then select Add User.
Note: the amount of additional users you can add to your account is dependent on your chosen Account Type. Free Accounts cannot add additional users.
Step 5 – Add Suppliers |
To add your Suppliers (usually distributors), select Partners in the top navigation.
From here there are two supplier types.
Supplier Type 1 - Let's Renew Suppliers – these are suppliers who have already set up a profile on the Let’s Renew service.
Supplier Type 2 - My Suppliers – if your supplier isn’t registered on the service already, you can manually add them in here.
Step 6 – My Settings |
On the My Settings page, you can choose to update the following settings:
- Turn on Two-Step Authentication
- Turn on Email Reminders
- Update your default Dashboard settings to show only your renewal information or information for your whole company by default when you Sign In
- Update your Time Zone and your preferred Date Format to show on your renewals
Step 7 – Add Vendors |
(This feature is not yet public. It is currently in Beta testing and due for release soon)
