We understand that from time to time people leave organisations so you may not want them to have access to your renewal information anymore.
To block their access, Sign In to your account and go to Company Users. Locate the user in your list and then click on Disable.
Note that only Administrators will have access to disable another users account. If you are not a Company Administrator and you are unsure who your Company Administrator is, please Sign In and log a support ticket so we can assist you.
